Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Deposit Policy To reserve larger home service appointments, a 25% non-refundable deposit may be required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Free estimates are provided via text message, email, or photos/videos submitted by the customer whenever possible. In-person estimates may be required for larger or more complex projects. Any additional labor, materials, repairs, or services outside the original estimate will only be completed after receiving the customer’s approval. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the 25% deposit (or 25% of the estimated service total if no deposit was collected). This policy helps compensate for reserved scheduling time and lost appointment availability.
